Everyone hates Two-Factor Authentication, but would you like to hate it even more?

2FA sucks... I know, I know, "it's for your own protection against scammers" and whatnot but dayyum, who's got time for that kind of inconvenience time and time and time again?

Wait though, you had me at "protection against scammers"... like these scammers who dangle the not-so-appealing prospect of 2FA in order to scam me.

You read that right: the action I take to protect myself exposes me to the thing I'm supposed to protect myself against.

They tell me that "Setting up 2FA takes less than a minute" (sure, Jan) and significantly improves your account protection" (actually, the opposite).

I'm actually amazed at their cheekiness... plus, the fact that they spelled "significantly" correctly.
